Can I use the same social club acc on different PCs ?

Everything in the title. I want make a buddy of mine a gift, I'll get him GTA 5 for his birthday in a few weeks, but before I give him the game, I wanna go online and already create one character for him, style him in a specific way and get him a specific car, (we got a little Starsky & Hutch running gag, so I wanna give him a funny surprise).

 

Just wondering. He never played such a game before, so I'll have to create him a Social Club acc, activate the game etc. I'll do all of this for him, on my PC, so the day he gets the game he only has to run the installation and his char will already be at his disposition. Can I actually do that or will this new account be bound to my IP or something ?

 

I would appreciate if sometone had any experience in this matter and could enlighten me.

No, providing he has the username and password that you created for him, he can log in on any PC or device.
