I'm running the game on pretty much max settings. Reflection MSAA max. All the cars that suppose to have chrome wheels only show in shiny black. Try disabling 'Ignore Suggested Limits', although it may lead to very rare memory leak crashes (it only happened once for me in more than 3 months playing). You disabled reflections in the options or some mod disabled them. Yea I reinstalled the game and now reflections are working again. Now I'm going to figure out what actually broke them.
