Would you buy a Shark Card if...

  1. 1. Would you buy a Shark Card (>$5.00) if...

    • ... players using the term "parkour" in a creation got them banned
      24
    • ... anyone that created "$999999999 & 99999RP" scam DMs were permabanned
      41
    • ... it meant the next update opened the Casino
      37
    • ... it unlocked a fourth and fifth garage for all your characters
      38
    • ... no loading screen lasted longer than 30 seconds
      42
    • ... auto-invite added only players that had completed the heist/job/mission successfully at least as many time as you have
      20
    • ... it gave you the option to remove the rust from any vehicle... or add it to those that don't have it
      30
    • ... it let you show/hide vehicles from your Pegasus list
      26
    • ... it allowed the team to continue the heist if a player dies (unless they are required for a task or plane is destroyed, etc.)
      41
    • ... you could store weapons in your safehouse and access/customize them when at home
      36
    • NO! NEVER! Nothing would cause me to buy a shark card!

Imagine the code-genie appeared and said he would magically add one feature into GTA and it would work seamlessly and flawlessly... but he has stock in Take-Two Interactive, so he wants some income into Rockstar to make it worth his while. Which features (only one would be implemented, though) would be enough for you to buy a Shark Card that cost more than the $5 one?

Meh. I will never buy something that I can get in the game within a few hours.

Voted for customizing weapons and storing them (although the possibility of picking multiple options is there, I feel a hypothetical question should only have one result, specified at best). Also, it says the result(s) would only be shown once we buy a shark card. With the $100,000 one costing $2.99, it could be seen as DLC so it's basically Saints Row 3 all over for me as I bought so much DLC for that game and while I regret a bit of it I also remembered having a blast. So for $2.99 I now get an option to mod guns and store them in my house? I'd do it in a heartbeat! What about adding/removing more car parts, engine swaps, custom horns, paint decals? All that is possible if we buy a shark card. It also means we get $100,000 along with the stuff we picked.

This is a win-win, no matter if you're pro or anti shark cards.

noooooooooo.

I want a lot of the stuff there, but I would never buy a shark card.

Frankly, given the current economy of the game, I don't see any real reason to do that. The most expensive item that is actually useful is priced at 3 million (Hydra), which you can get after a day or two at most of grinding Pac Standard with a decent crew.

It's an option for people who really don't have the time to do that little grinding and really a lot of spare changes to throw at the game. I've seen people who claim they Cash-Carded their way through most of the heist vehicles.

Is this The Guy?

I voted for all except the two top choices and the last one

Wouldn't buy a Shark Card for sh*t, but I would buy GTA V for PS4 if Rockstar released SP DLC, which is highly unlikely.

CrysisAverted

I would never buy a shark card for any reason besides possible vice city/las venturas esc map expansions but I guess if I could still continue heists on my own and have more garage space and a casino to win a sh*t ton at it could make me richer

Screw the Shark card.

I'd happily pay a one time fee of $9.99 for the ability to own a 4th and 5th high end apartment/garage.

The only way I'd buy a shark card or season pass or whatever they do if they

1. Fix the servers and improve matchmaking

2. Crack down on those !!!!***99999999***!!!! Cash RP and parkour traps (like you said)

3. Have extra garage space

4. Let dlc vehicles spawn on the streets and store them. Like Single player

I'd be willing to buy a shark card if one of the following happens.

CarimboHanky

i made a similar thread ages ago...

mine was about cashcard and badsport exemption.

from this list i'd buy a cashcard for the pegasus list, casino, more garage and continue heist!

Voted all.

Realistically, any combination of at least three of the things listed would guarantee a shark card buy from me...

Write that down, R*...

Could I get a "R* would completely shed all traces of T2 and go back to being both publisher and developer" option.

I would only buy a shark card for exclusive vehicles, and/or weapons. As that is not an option, I give no vote.

Nah! Tonight I had more fun playing with a £1 laser pen. Only bought it to tease my dog....but then she started going for the hand it was in instead :( I then amused myself with it as it also has that weird purple/black light on it too. Plus it's cheaper than a shark card.

No. Never. Microtransactions are one of the many things wrong with gaming. They encourage Devs to make games a complete grind in order to hawk their buyable cash.

Forget about the Shart cards, the only time I will ever hand over real money is for some real DLC like Caino, Zombies, bigger map, story DLC.

Cars, paint jobs and clothes don't add anything to the gameplay.

Try looking at the poll again. The casino was an option.

You sir, have proven the point that most people not only fail to read the OP, but fail to understand it.
