though i agree somewhat and i think the matchmaking sucks huge balls compared with last year and that is the reason im not doing activities outside freeroam or heists anymore....honestly, though freeroam is even more filled with variation of millitary vehicles it has never been as balanced like it is now.

also....i read on some other topic its now forbidden to play mini mod and to direct people to a.....sertain topic......(dont know if its true or false but this time im not taking chances)......we all know where this is going to in the end right ?

I would like to know of any game that has actually changed more or lasted as long as this one that is not a real MMO. I don't know of any. Most games don't last nearly this long before they stop adding content.

 

 

As far as your connection issues, that is on you, not Rockstar. I have no issues, ever, joining any session or gamemode. Occasionally I am thrown into a lobby by myself, 30 seconds later I am in a full lobby.

 

I am having more fun now than ever before, if anything, GTA Online is in it's prime, at the top of it's game so to speak. I have played from day 1 as well, on old gen, and I still find fun and interesting things to do everyday.

I haven't really got the timed out loading session message that much after the maintenance. Unknown network errors have also become less of a nuisance as well. But this isn't to say that the servers have become much better now compared to before but there has been a few improvements as far I'm aware. In fact I still find everyone leaving at the same time even though I know for sure that it's not my Internet. The only thing that really grinds my gears, and has been for the past 9 months or so, is the constant lag spikes/freezing when driving at mid-high speeds along with delayed textures on LG. Sometimes this only affects me and not the guy chasing me from behind so it therefore allows him to easily catchup to me. This game looks like a freaking PS1 game. Now I don't know if this actually a result of console limitations or Rockstar just doesn't care any more and is in fact a strategic method of convincing people to upgrade. I mean what's so hard about implementing the new passive mode to LG?

before Gta had lots of things to do like street racing, car customization and all that but now They won't let us join any races or death matches or any of the sort I mean I thought this was a game no instead theres savages and hydras and also tanks blowing u up for no reason what's so ever , another thing is when ur sitting down you can't look at your legs while in first person mode... Anyway ya this game needs to get fixed lol

its really the gamers fault because the majority choose to have lobby wars intstead of accepting job invites. its been going on since last gen nothing new here. just bring up your phone go to quickjob option and tap on the deatchmatch option and you will be sent to a deathmatch. same can be done for races, minigames etc.

This thread made me want to YouTube parkour deathmatches and wow....people actually find it fun to die falling 15 times and get 4 kills.

And on top of that 99% of the deathmatch was the player climbing and falling to his death. How is that fun?

Wait then the guy spawns away from the map and has tanks, buzzards and mini-guns at his disposal.

 

I lost I.Q. points just watching that junk.

There has been more activities than ever before,everyone here restricts themselves for few things then moan there is nothing to do,try other things for f*ck sakes.

Individuals that create these topics expect GTAV to magically morph into GTAVI or something. OP, you said you played the game for two years. Pretty sure that alone justifies the price of the game, I really don't see how two years of replay value is considered GTA losing its touch.
