XB1 Looking for 2 People to do Heists with.

I'm looking for 2 people to help me and my cousin with heists. You don't need a mic, I just want everyone to know what they are doing. We are currently doing the Prison Break heist, but waiting for decent players to help is a pain. He is new to GTA, but gets better everytime we play. I will be splitting most heists 25% evenly, but I do know that some jobs require more work so I am willing to adjust for that. We mainly play at night and the usual time we are on is 10PM BST, so UK players preferred but I don't mind as long as we can work out a time to play.
