Can not play after upgrading windows 10

I3 4GB ram Intel HD graphics 4000 and AMD 8750M but not playing. Driver are up to date.

Same here after install windows 10 it show me "runtime error (at - 1:0): cannot import expandconstant."

When I open the game and go to setting then graphics it show 59/348Mb. The minimum graphics is not found. If I open the game the buildings road car are not appearing.

 

So help me.please?

 

I play pes 2014. NFS most wanted very smoothly after updating window 10. Only GTA iv is not playing.

Do the following

 

1) Go to the folder in which you've installed GTA IV.

2) Create a file using notepad and name it commandline.txt

3) Copy/paste the following commands inside commandline.txt

-nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank -percentvidmem -availablevidmem 10

4) Save the file.
