Gta installation very slow. Xbox One

So, I was looking through my Xbox store when I saw gta was on special, so I downloaded it. I'd expect as much for it to be slow with it being 47 gb and all, but honestly, I didn't think it would be really slow.. I brought it yesterday around 3pm (Australian time) and I went to bed at around 11pm and it was on 27%.. It's 2:30am now and I turned on my TV to see how the download is and it's still stuck on 27%.. So I turned off my console, I'm considering to uninstall it and then re install it.. But what do you guys think? Can you help me out a little here with my problem? Do you know the average time it would take? Or anything to quicken the installation?
