No body flying after a crash?

So, why when you crash with a car on another, the body doesnt fly as in single player? That would be nice on online. :D

if you refer to your character flying out through the vehicles windscreen that would be stupid in GTAO... damn near every single car chase will end the same way.. your victim crashes and either kills themselves or you end up shooting a dude whilst they are laying on the floor slowly standing back up... not exactly sport.

If you refer to the weights of vehicles and how they react upon crashes.... online is way to janky its all over the place maybe down to lag and lag compensation. All i do know is crashing a dukes is a big mistake as it comes to a complete hault just after its arse goes flying 8 feet in the air.

If you are referring to the former, you really should think for 5 minutes before posting... its common sense something unfortunately this forum lacks in

Only in Singleplayer I believe, never happened to me Online. Apparently only the online avatar knows how to put a seatbelt on.

I see what you're saying, but if we crashed throught our windshields I think it would teach everyone to be better drivers instead of just speeding and crashing everywhere without any consequences other than a scratched car.

Would be funny too.

In theory yes I agree, and if all vehicles had the same handling properties, and traffic wasn't so unpredictable it would probably work out but sadly we don't live in a perfect world hehe... speaking of which I am yet to try flying through the windscreen in first person! I assume it works as it does on bikes.... I will have to try that. To clarify I do not want all vehicles to have the same handling stats but it would make the suggestion more viable.

No thanks, it's already annoying as f*ck in singleplayer when some ass in a Dilettante pops up in front of me and I instantly die because I got thrown out the windshield in an unavoidable collision.

And with people lagging, on heists especially, that'd be the perfect recipe for disaster.

It should be added, it would be a great addition and will teach players to drive "better".

I'd rather have the ragdoll effect than flying through your windshield. Not really sure why they took out that jump + b flop feature for online in the first place..

I think that's because our character knows how to be a seatbelt on :p.

I would rather see the ragdoll effect added in Online.

If you could I would just plow into everyone in my insurgent. You would fly out and splatter across my windsheild like a bug. Sounds fun right?

Hahah yeah that would be amusing and still amusing after doing it 500 times but yeah would obviously be quite OP

That would be annoying I hate when it happens in story mode

I also would NOT like to see this come to GTA Online.

It's a great idea for being a better driver but the random nature of it in story mode and in some cases unrealistic deaths it has

caused means it would not work well, also LAG in online esp with other players would make it look really bad on screen.

No. It's already bullsh*t in SP, no need for it Online. I also hate the fact my character slams itself forward upon brake application. You know I'm forcing you to brake, stupid avatar, prepare your damn self so it doesn't look like some douche bouncing back and forth like a stupid jack-in-the-box...ugh.

Remember civilians would fly out of the windshield if you crashed into them in GTA 4. Gave us some very funny car crashes.

Would be a good lesson and funny if we could fly out the front as long as there's an option to wear a seatbelt. All the kids that are too cool for real seatbelts would be taught a valuable lesson they could avoid learning, since they never learn.

I know I would purposefully smash into walls at full speed just to teach my friends and get a good chuckle :)

Count me in for not wanting it in Online either. Though it would be funny to do a break check when another player is right on your ass to see them go flying out their window.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, on GTA 4 we never flew out of the windscreen on Multiplayer like we did in Single Player?

As people implied above, given the driving skill exhibited in GTA games, if through-the-windshield existed in GTA0, no team would ever have gotten to a heist start point yet. :p

Would be a good way to eliminate competition in races :)
