How do I mute all players in the lobby?

Hi, im getting sick of joining lobbies and herring kids swearing, is it possible to mute all players in the lobby? I tried holding back (PS4) and switching chat to no one but I can still here them? Any advice would be great. Thanks! ( :

change it to No One..

 

Or just make a private party and take your mic out.

Whats also annoying as hell, is the fact you cannot auto-mute when you host/join missions. You have to manually open up the player menu and kick them out/mute them.

No you don't. You just have to open the Inventory Menu and change the voice chat options, as mentioned above.

Even though my voice chat options are always set on "no-one" I can still sometimes hear squeekers screaming whenever I'm still in the clouds waiting to join a free mode lobby.

My god you mention this any chance you get, it isn't normal to never want voice chat on ever or to kick people just because you can hear them.

Hard to accept other one's opinion, isn't it? Its an option and so it is normal. And it has nothing to do with 'your god'

I always still hear these turds on last gen PS3 when i join missions/they join me. And i have set everything to mute.

I never mute the whole session. Individual players who play loud music yes, but I often just stand in my garage, for a few moments, listening to the trash talk pretend tough guys shout at each other. It's part of what makes this game great.

Settings > Voice Chat > Voice Chat Off.

 

Completely disabled.

 

OR switch to PC, less kids, better community.
