GTA online private plates?

Has anyone else noticed everytime you make a new private plate for your car you get charged 100k ive just been charged it for changing mine even tho I've already 100k fee a while ago!

Each new plate ontop of the free one you get is 100k, Its not a one time fee.

Each new plate costs 100K but once purchased it can be applied for free in LSC.

For some odd reason I've been charged another 100k even tho I paid the 100k for it a while back happened while put it on my cheval surge not sure why have been charged again

You make them through the fruit app but you will have to pay 100k as first time fee that's how much I had to pay last night!

I haven't tested this but when you request your custom plate via iFruit and as soon as you apply it in-game and exit LSC if you disconnect (log off) you don't get charged BUT when you re-enter Online and go to LSC, you can put your plate for FREE

There is a work around, there is another thread here where someone explains how to do it. I don't ever pay for plates. The search option here is your friend.
