I hate the fact that Tommy's voice is too low while driving to the point I can barely hear him. I think that was the case in all versions of the game. The only version I could hear Tommy clearly while in a car was the modded GTA 4 Vice city rage version. ChpokXxX Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 (edited) does not working in windows 10, it worked when i had windows 7, downloaded the files and extracted in main dir (pedspeech.asi & pedspeech.ini) also changed DisablePlayerRestrictions to 1, but this doesnt seems to work.. how do i make it work? also my game is set to windows 98 compatibility, maybe this cause the problem? Try to run it without it. tried, without a success, it worked fine in windows 7, they are rarely talking so it isnt working, what the heck? and i have tried it without silent patch so dont ask about that..
