So in VICE, in 1986, he has a bomb shop, he must have been about 10 years old or something! Perhaps it was his Fathers business in 1986? I cant believe a 10 year old would run a bomb shop? After Lance dies, the aliens in the space ship (hiding at the film studio as a prop) beam him aboard there ship and repair him. But as an unforeseen side effect of the surgery, Lance looses all his hair, so he changes his name to 8 Ball (you see "Q Ball" won't work as q balls are white ). How are the 8 Ball bomb shops there before you even meet lance? Well, although Einstein's theory of relativity states that it's impossible, the Space ship can, of course, travel faster than light. As you approach the speed of light, time slows down, and at the speed of light, time stops. Well, if you travel FASTER than light, you should be able to go BACK in time, right? But Humans are to fragile and would never survive the procedure that allows the aliens to travel forward in time so the aliens were stuck and had to leave 8 Ball in Vice City a year before they took him.
