They look like clouds of bubbles. Look out for the turtles, dolphins etc too. Someone before said get a glass bottomed boat.....i suggest that. I also found an unidentified swimming object, it looked like a leg of ham, but orange, i was on the rocket launcher rampage and i was on a roll so i didn't have time to take a look, plus i just got the rampage and oculdn't get out of it to whack my sniper out to take a close look....it was weird. i also found the shark, yes the shark. i was in my sea plane and heading to the boarder to show my friend what happens when you hit the edge, i was expecting to be shot back to the island, like in the heli, but no, i did an uncontrolable nose dive to the water, the plane fliped and i hoped out to escape death, and so im standing on the bottom of the plane, its not sinking, and i had heaps on sniper ammo so i got it out and i was showing him the squares at the end of the map and i saw the shark, it dissapeared after i zoomed into full, but it was there, it didn't look like it was swiming around. i could of been a glitch, but i saw it. twice.
