So you dont have an imagination. Whatever. Others do and will spend many hours creating awesome things. You dont like it, we dont care. You will never notice it so bitching about it shows who the truly "sad" one is. You got your attention now why not move to a thread that interests you instead of trying to bring down one you dont even care for. I've seen nothing but good things come from the Editor on PC.. so I have no idea what you're talking about. Are you mad cause Rockstar ain't showcasing your massive K/D ratio? Cause it seems like you have nothing constructive to do/say, either. I'm actually excited to see what people will make with the Editor on consoles.. and I'm also interested to see how different it is. I'm sure they're stripping the best parts of it out so they can blame it on console limitations. Oh no. I have seen a lot of garbage come from the rockstar editor. 90% of it is people putting no thought into the video and simply making slo-mo rampage montages. Though there are those that make some pretty decent thought out projects that are incredibly amazing. The problem though is the good videos are hard to find. Im hoping R* fixes the social club page that sorts the videos out better by the time this drops for consoles. There was a SA fan film made in GTA V and he uploaded THE ENTIRE THING onto his channel with barely any credits to the creator, and claims he has permission and probably has Monitization on. He's one of those generic Youtubers who think San Andreas was le most nosgalgic gaem eVAR XDXDXD!!!!111!! and He probably also thinks San Andreas is the first GTA. Well what I wrote above. Like for example a while ago someone posted a video with The Humane Labs Raid, I watched it and it was pretty much dubstep, random music from the story, guys shooting miniguns in the air for no particular reason except for lulz etc. Also who the f*ck robs a highly defended facility that produces nerve agents in a fancy suit with a tie? Almost everything R* does is some f*cking conspiracy on how they want to please the online crowd or some grand EA money milking scheme. Well, IF i was Rockstar i would put the online crowd first. whenever i watch a live stream it's never someone playing single player. I can't recall the last time i saw someone even streaming SP. Considering 100's of people stream at the same time on just one site(Twitch) it seems to be a good data pool. Nobody(very small group) plays SP so, it's almost a waste of time to do anything for it. The only reason why we would get any is A: Because they already dug a hole and said we would get SP DLC, or B: Because they can sell it to make profit. If they can forget about A(Which they seem to go with now) and decide that B is not profitable enough to allocate the resources to create then we might not get any SP DLC, unfortunately. SP is almost a waste of time these days. To include a game with both SP and MP is halving the experience for a vast majority of users who don't play SP past the initial first time. Take a look at CoD BO3 Beta. Nobody even cares about the SP anymore. It's all about the yearly updates to the maps and gameplay mechanics. I know i am generalizing, but the majority of gamers want to play MP and interact, talk trash, and troll to take out their anger on other anonymous souls. Kids don't like scripted SP events where someone gets the upper hand on them and they can't troll the bad guy. they want the freedom to be a dick. I wonder how much MP would take a back seat to SP again IF online wasn't so anonymous? So why is a game like Fallout 4 so highly anticipated if no one plays singleplayer anymore? MP is the biggest waste of time these days as it is nothing but a bunch of griefers, trolls, and fanboys running around killing each other. I think there is still plenty of room left for both single player and online, but I would agree that online naturally stands to have more longevity these days. I grew up playing games before the Internet was even a household thing, but I can appreciate the addition of an online feature to an already great sp campaign, if it is done right. There's nothing wrong with preferring one over the other, I just don't know why some people get so offended by others having a preference either way. Some like SP, some like online only, some Iike both. I fall into the both category. I also think playing online is whatever you make of it. It doesn't have to be all griefers and annoying kids. There are plenty of ways to avoid that mess. I used to get annoyed with all that too, but it's been months since I've had to deal with it. Good post sir Vercetti! I agree with what you have stated, I just had to respond to xmarqsthespot as he was way off the mark by saying that no one plays singleplayer anymore I mean that's just not true at all. Yeah I also think that there is plenty of room in today's gaming environment for both SP and MP though I still think that certain types of games are more suited for SP and others more for MP. Who ever the creator is (Haven't seen this movie yet) Why don't they go and fill out a Copyright report or something against ICT if he uploaded a video from another user without permission and is making money from it? I know I would be doing the same if someone stole my content and started making $$$ off it. He's probably got a high chance of getting the report to succeed if he uses the "Right" words and descriptions for why he's filling out a report against a user whose stealing content and once again calming it as their own. 1. Stolen the video 2. Probably calming it as he's own 3. Making money off it (Did the original creator monetize it?) Is it possible for us regular citizens to go up and fill the copyright report if we use the correct information or is the original creator only allowed to fill out a CR report. I like GOOD multiplayer packages, but I hate it when one is shoehorned in just to cash in on the trend. I wish more companies today would worry about just making the best damn game they know how, and not how to make multiplayer make sense when it just doesn't work for that particular game. I didnt know in the beginning because the Editor was only on PC and I dint take the time to see what it was all about since I didnt think I would ever get to play with it. But once they said its coming to PS4, I started looking for all the answers I could find. After a small amount of research I found that Director Mode was a part of the Editor so I have always expected it to come to Current gen as well. I think most people were just trying to be pessimistic so they wouldnt get their hopes up and it not come. Well, if it's only part of the update, that means we'll get something. Hopefully something good like a jetpack. Maybe an online exclusive jetpack. This would be great. We will get something, it's more like the online players get something. I would be very satisfied when they finally give heist vehicles to story mode, when they let us buy more cars in story mode, when they give more garages to story mode, more hair styles, more clothes. It is with every single update the same, only online gets stuff. Since it isn't impossible to do so and since Rockstar don't do so, the only possibility is that Rockstar give a sh*t to story mode players. With the next update the only thing story mode gets besides the editor are more graphical downgrading and more bugs. I'm sick of it. It's so exhausting.
