DerangedCrackhead
You could always try with the classic U-Haul box. Plenty of references out there. Or simply add the generic box of the GTA IV/V Yankee model.

stratumxspb
You could always try with the classic U-Haul box. Plenty of references out there. I found only 6th or 7th generation(like that on a picture) of F-350 with that U-Haul box, my truck is a 5th generation so I need to model new cabin for that. I honestly wanted to make true benson but I don't like nonexistent vehicles. Edited January 15, 2016 by stratumxspb -Anti-

It's quite a stretch to say that, of all the hundreds of thousands produced at roughly 17 or so Ford plants around the world, that they NEVER came with a box or had one added at a later date. Not to mention the amount of vehicles that may have gone unnoticed through the years for the occasional photographer, leaving no hint or trace about their existence; remember that nobody really tends to care too much about the average fleet vehicles. Same could be said about the infinite amount of custom boxes added to these trucks along the years. I understand Stratum's point and that he may rather to base his work in actual references, though. stratumxspb
That's the problem. Comparing to our USSR cars and trucks, we have a lot of books, documentation and photos of vehicles. Working with foreign vehicles, I'm forced to operate photos of restored cars, brochure scans and old movies(IMCDB resourse). All I found at this moment is some brazilian trucks and this one: Anyway... 6th gen too( YochiThMaster333 and -Anti-
universetwisters
It looks like a 5th generation one for me. And even then, it's a stretch to say that literally none of them came with a box on the back during it's entire production history. -Anti-
It looks like a 5th generation one for me. You can tell by the bend in the middle of the hood and by the way the sides go down in the front corners that its a 6th gen. For the 5th gen it looks like UHaul only used the F600 - at least there are lots of pictures of these trucks around. After spending quite some time searching I'm really starting to believe that there were none of these F350 box trucks in the US. Here is another picture of the brazilian version: @stratumx: Would be great to see the Apache panel van finished. And iirc you also started a Series 62 some time ago. universetwisters
After spending quite some time searching I'm really starting to believe that there were none of these F350 box trucks in the US. But like I said, it's quite a stretch to say that one was never, ever, ever, ever made in the US, either officially or with aftermarket parts. And even if there's the slim slim chance that there never was, then just say that you're modelling the Brazilian one. It doesn't have to be American, especially when you've got Barkas and Gaz models. I guess he means U-Haul box trucks, not F-series box trucks in general. It's logical that considering that thousands of those vehicles rolled off the production lines many of these were turned into box trucks. I'm sure imcdb is full of them. -Anti-
