"New" Glitch how to place NPCs underground

Well this is 3-step glitch, the first part is the hard part(or walking in the underground)

1.-use this glitch to place a car underground(yes it also works with vehicules)

2.- put the NPCs in the vehicule, if you made changes to them( like weapon,accusary,team), dont worry , it will remain

 

3.- press A (xbox) or X(PS) or click?(not sure on PC)on the vehicule( it should say edit) ,DO NOT DELETE the vehicule with the NPCs inside, it will delete them too. The NPCs will spawn outside were the vehicule originally was,before the edit. You can delete the used vehicule after this.

 

and thats it, it took me 4 days to discover it, i was creating like a heist on the metro.

I wrote "new" cause it has as base another glitch

I made this on PS4, dunno if works on other consoles
