So I've seen a really amusing youtube video about a sky demolition derby, but that derby's modded, because the creator spawned windmills under the platform to create lethal blades on the platform. Is modding a custom map tolerated by Rockstar? And if yes, how can i do it? (I want to make a PC version of that derby). Ty already
