Is there any way to import the skinned xbox peds to 3ds max?

i want to make a custom skinned ped for gta 3 but kam does not read the xbox dff's

My importer sort of works, but I don't know if it can currently produce working models for the game. It's a major sh*t show.

No, use 1.0 exe or don't use the mod, it has clearly been said that this mod supports 1.0 exe's only.

Is 100% completion now possible with the mod? At least formerly headshots weren't registered and as a result certain rampages couldn't be completed.

In theory if you reverse engineer it, you could recompile it removing all of the engine's limits right?

Imported all the updated xbox peds into gta3.img, and the character textures are all completely messed up in game.

i installed iii_anim.asi into gta3/scripts, and the files from skin&bones into the correct game folders.

i'm pretty sure i'm using 1.0 exe but can't be sure, SHA1 of exe is 

2256A5F4D05F2FAA27F25D22C717CFCDD4275214

oh, and the player skin selection is now like this, wtf?

nevermind, it actually works properly somehow. only bug i still have is sideways claude in player skin menu

That's just how the model is. Since xbox and android have no skin selector you just don't see it there.

I exported all the animation files to GTA3.img but I dont see no change at all and also when I use playa 5 xbox Claude looks so corrupt and deformed I didnt want to eat anymore any suggestions?

After installing Open Limit Adjuster the characters of cutscene got bugged and xbox peds doesn't spawn

Edit: After removing extradirobj line from OLA's ini file the bug no longer appears

I put the whole skins and bones content on modloader folder and I was able to make the peds have a xbox skin, but I can't make Claude and the other characters look like that. Any tips?

You know why in the cutscenes, the body of the other characters like Tony or Joey have no skin?, only the head is fine, but the rest have the body in white color

That could have been rewritten for v1.1 or something using array of bytes.

the fact that the models are a single mesh and not separate ones, which is of course the whole point of skinning.

Would it be possible to get III-styled gore working with skinned models by hiding a shot/blown off body part of a skinned model first, and then recreating that body part as a dynamic object by using the SpawnFlyingComponent function? Just a theory.
