Character replaced?

I have a female friend whose character WAS a female but is now male. All her clothing is gone, cars are gone, etc.

Now it kinda looks like mine

Contact Rockstar support? If they can't do anything then maybe do the appearance glitch, make a new character or deal with it.

Only had my character turn caucasion and bald which made him look like a neo-nazi skinhead.

Now everything is okay, atleast, for now.

happened the same to my character, was female and after 1 month of not playing turned a male, rockstar support didi nothing because they cant change genders now.
