hey i downloading now the latest build, but i have question about the link (dont know if its allowed to ask) but why you upload your stuff on pay sites ?

without a premium account there i download with a slow speed and my connection here is really poor if its because you gain money for the downloads

than i understand it (to support the mod in that way) otherwise a mirror like mega or a hoster where no premium is required would be nice thx for this mod !

I dont make any money off the hosts. Those were the first couple of sites after I googled for a file host. At only about 100mbs download shouldn't take too long even at the slowest speed. Once my GTAGarage account is sorted, that will be the primary host.

It says it's supposedly 100mb/s, anyway the fastest speed I ever had was 1,7mb/s

Average speed from fast hosts is 1,2 mbs

Thanks for the heads up! I'm actually surprised the new cars are working because I just realized I completely forgot to change their IDS when i changed all the map IDs.. I'll upload a fix for this soon.

 

Proper vehicle sounds will be added in build 0.5. There is currently only 7 new vehicles that have been added from VC, none from LC.

 

Edit: I've actually just updated 0.4 with the fix.. Re-download the file from the first post if you really need the sounds/IDs fixed.

just a question. In the Mission where you fly to LC, wasnt it East where you had to fly? it would be cool before the cutscene in LC loads that you actually can the map/lods

I was considering editing that mission and moving all the LC scenes to the actual LC positions in this map. I'll see what I can do.

Goddamn perfect. You should make it so you land in Francis Intl. Airport and have to drive there however you want since taxi is lazy copout.

Mod Loader doesn't support enhanced IMG archives by fastman92.

anyway , after i installed the mod , it gives me instant crash when i click on new game.

got no other mod , just vanilla SA , CLEO , SilentPatch , nothing else.

 

i tried removing silent patch , still crash.

 

and , there's no log , it seems like Fastman's LA is not loaded.

the help would be appreciated.

 

EDIT : i only tested this on Win10 RTM , i'll try it on Win8.1 later. wish me luck !

 

EDIT 2 : as i predicted , it works on 8.1 , no crashes , nothing.

I'll look into making it compatible with ModLoader for the next version. Im not using enhanced IMG archives by fastman92, so it should be possible.

I just downloaded this mod. I really like it. I've been roaming around Liberty City for a bit and I found some random collisions, like on the Shoreside Lift Bridge, in Staunton, after the circle exit, and in front of the Tw@t in Staunton. I wondered if you were aware of these.
