Cracka.Brew
Please just start waiting until the driver is stopped at a red light. its alot easier to get the van if hes stopped and unsuspecting. And dont bump the truck. just like real life, you wouldnt try to steal a moving truck, get him when hes stopped and not expecting it.
Giantsgiants
Also, a good way to get the van without attracting cops is to get in the passenger side since you'll be able to get in and punch the driver out. It's an old GTA IV free race technique, and to quote one website offering GTA IV race tips: "It's like scissors beating paper". smartergaming
This is really just a one person job at most (two tops)... the drivers are not needed... the navigators should get in and drive as they can see the trackify app in real time... also, you can stop the final truck by turning in front of him, cutting him off, jumping out, don't shoot him and you avoid having to lose the cops, just pull him out of the truck from either side and drive away... I have done this repeatedly on HARD and on more than one occasion have photographed ALL the vans and collected the final van... This is the EASIEST heist setup and should never be done on any setting but HARD. Do the navigator/driver thing only if you want to be nice (accept the randoms may fail) or are among friends and looking to practice rally racing skills... Because I can't think of a single setup or heist that is to difficult to be set on hard. If a randumb dies, just retry without him/her/them. I remember a while back, I joined a randumbs deliver EMP setup and it was on EASY. Makes zero sense. I killed myself twice, then went on to complete the setup. On a separate occasion I joined the Humane Labs Raid Finale during 2x RP and $ and it was set to normal, leaving $300,000 on the table. I just don't get what's going on in peoples heads with this game... LackDiscipline, R3CON and LanaSugoi
GTAonlineplayer
Navigators should drive themselves. A navigator who gets in a car to sit in the passenger seat expecting to be driven around the city is a noob. Drivers can make themselves useful by waiting near Rockford Plaza for the van that needs to be stolen at the end. Waiting at the stop sign is a good tip though I rarely have problems when I park my car/SUV/truck in front of the van, run up to the van and hit triangle. Shooting the van driver is a last resort because it ends up attracting cops. Here is the area where the drivers should wait. woke ellie
Earned myself roughly $148,000 doing nothing on this. I gave up trying to drive the navigators as they always seem to speed off, anyway. This is the best way to get easy cash, I swear.
GTAonlineplayer
Just learned something new about stealing the van I'd like to share. If one teammate kills the van driver, that teammate will get a wanted star and he can drive off in his personal vehicle. Teammate 2 can get in the van push the dead body out of it and have no wanted star. Might be faster in some situations if one person kills the van driver and leaves the van for another teammate to steal. This is why you always saw me trying to get to the van first after someone had killed the driver.
