Simple question about coding

Hi all, im very new to GTA V scripting (however i used to script on Pawno for SA:MP). Im looking for help to create a simple code that will allow me to change my spawn location when joining Fivem (because if you have ever played you spawn under the road and fall which is very annoying). I found
ENTITY::SET_ENTITY_COORDS_NO_OFFSET and i feel like this is how to teleport the player. How can i call this when the player spawns so it quickly teleports him to anothe XYZ? Links and postiive replies will be very helpful on my journy to scripting for GTA V.

 

PS i have Visual Studio and can build to .dll and rename to .asi

Detect the spawn in (not sure how.)

 

Get current coords.

 

Get the ground height for those coords.

 

Set the player coords to the same x and y and the ground height plus a tolerance (usually 1.5) because the coords at the center of the model.

 

The NO_OFFSET version may make the tolerance unnecessary.

 

The list of natives is available at dev-c.com/nativedb

Yes, turn the brains on - Get ground height, and check if it's below your pos, and then you will are you higher than ground or not.

You could get the ground coordinate like this..

 

void GetGroundZfor3DCoord(Vector3 coord, out Vector3 result)        {            OutputArgument zCoord = new OutputArgument();            Function.Call<bool>(Hash.GET_GROUND_Z_FOR_3D_COORD, coord.X, coord.Y, coord.Z, zCoord);            result = new Vector3(coord.X, coord.Y, zCoord.GetResult<float>());        }
You probably don't want to teleport yourself everytime you are below, though. It could teleport you while swimming under water, in caves, buildings etc.
