How to get past update weapons(TEMPORARILY) and firework ammo(All con

1-Bookmark the job of course.

 

 

2-Start up the job with a friend(or anyone willing to do this) and make sure the settings is on "Owned and PICKUPS" otherwise you won't be able to collect any of the weapons or ammo.

 

 

3-(For AMMO only)Once you spawn in, you will see several people standing and holding firework launchers. Shoot the explosive barrels to kill them and collect their ammo. (Note: If you have a tint on your firework launcher, you won't be able to pick up the firework ammo and in addition to that, you can only pick up five rockets at a time. However a bypass is to drop all your firework ammo, then go collect the ammo that was dropped by the NPC's and run back and collect the ammo that you just dropped. Repeat this process until you have full ammo).

 

4-Head over to the two NPC's that are holding the Goosenberg Sweeper and the Musket and kill them to collect the weapons and ammo.

 

5-Finish the job and once you load in Online, you should have the weapons and ammo you picked up from the job.

 

 

6-Go on your phone>Quick Job>Contact and buy all the ammo in there.You can back out or play.

Have "Fireworks" in the friend request so I know what this is about.

This really deserves more attention. According to some, on the social club thread, they are able to permanently keep the weapons. They say simply start a contact mission (after playing this job), select purchase all ammo and quickly back out. Thus didn't work for me. Anybody else?

Wait so if I don't own a Gusenberg Sweeper I can collect it,start a contact mission and buy all ammo and it will stick?

Someone please lemme know about this.I don't mind wasting money on buying all ammo to try this I just don't wanna waste my partner's time.

Tested it and can say,buying all ammo in a contact mission will make you keep the fireworks through sessions.

I'm on xb1. Those are the two guys in the wooden stable areas about 50 ft from where you spawn. They aren't in the same area as the firework launcher guys. I can't get the firework ammo and i am unable to drop my launcher as suggested. I spawn in freeroam with the sweeper but am unable to keep it via the suggested method.
