new version of ZModeler 3 now to the import of vehicles gta v

The ZModeler forums is great and is brimming with lots of appearing information, but not everything can be processed, as Madgaz stated, it is not specific enough in some cases.

 

For example: i'm a Blender user. I tried to use ZMod2 to convert WFT files from GTAIV, but it won't start on my machine, as though i asked Oleg how to bring it to life, he couldn't help me, maybe he was busy, so he encouraged me to read the manual. After several fruitless attempts, i figured out how to import WFT in Blender over SMD - but will Oleg be able to give me a advice on Blender? He is a ZModeler developer!

 

So i ask such things on other forums, too. It isn't pointless.

for example

 

its jsut telling me what certain things are, not how to make them function, for instance i have loaded up a new car and there is no chasis selection just a bunch of objects that are on the right of the screen , so how am i meant to add them under chasis if it doesnt exist

 

Seriously, there is nothing that will make you learn?

IMHO 14 day trial is really f*cking stupid considering how early this import/export is at the time.

 

Should be a 30 day trial.

It's not like Zmodeler is used exclusively for IV and V.

They support other games/format. I'm pretty sure they had a 14 days trial for little while now and has nothing to do with GTAV.

no some video with dance music playing adn random pointer movements and clicks shows nothing, i need speech driven tutorials , something that explains how to create desired things, not text based tuts that show us what the program is capable off , we need hard tutorials that show us how to do things

Show me a screenshot of OpenIV crashing. Tell me what files you imported into OpenIV.

I've tried V modding too and I have some problem with the wheels ... :/ sometimes they are working but sometimes not... all things are good at the hierarchy so don't know what's wrong :/

Sorry yesterday my trial license has been ended. So now I can't do anything with zm3.

I would love to try to import your model, but could you import a Tampa in Zmodeler3 for me?

Uhm, what are you trying to show? Higher detailed reflections in the mirrors? Never would think it's model related.

Yep, but it's just a trick rather than true mirror reflection. Mirrors are "painted" in chrome, nothing more, but looks better than stock method.

Well i'm getting better with the usage of Zmod3 now (The diffrence to IV+Zmod2 modding is high), it's still a littlebit weird since wheels don't show up in OpenIV idk why (they are the Gameoriginal's) And it's so fckng annoying to use the mods folder since the models are like splitted everywhere because of some updates of the cars.

edit: it's ingame :) (Btw. my gpu is dead so don't blame me for the graphics ^^.)

Things to fix:

Carpaint has a Bug.

Playerpositiondummy.

Make the Steeringwheel work.

Rearlight_Glass needs fix.
