the ZModeler 3 3.1.0 which was released on Sunday from now to import the vehicles gta v

ZModeler the developer even made a video teaching to import vehicles

 

 

finally the staff will be able to do the mods of vehicles now ZModeler have the export tool

No export filter yet so no car modding

More and already a major advance, since the pro staff convert vehicles to gta v be released until the export filter

today came out another update with ZModeler export filter

Yep, the Trial is only 14-Days and a year cost 39,99$ if i remembered right. I hope someone creates an free plugin for 3Ds Max...

 

Whenever I export ,I end up getting a missing wheel wtf?

Hmm... could you show your hierarchy? Maybe wrong dummyname etc.

I'd say the R8, it has a very similar counterpart in the game for size/performance reference.

woooot. too bad site is down, im not much of a 3d artist anyway. Still excited to finally get some new cars, surprised I haven't seen any cars on gta5-mods.com yet, itll be nice to get some older VWs in.

Possible to import user models from gta iv and adapt them right? thats what the previous posts regarding the audis are doing right?

Ok, look.

 

I wasn't giving you a short reply because of wanting to appear cool or witty. This was a hint at the image of roofless Adder posted at the start. Besides, i'd love to give you a post of more substance, but for that, i have to fire up my computer at home and do some more work with a 3D package and pipeline i'm completely unfamiliar with.

 

But that all after i get home, shower and deal with GRAPH7 interlocking stuff i learned today.

 

About wheels: the mod isn't even mine. But hey, you wanted see a working mod, you saw it. You glad?

Yep, trial version even isn't working, UI is not functional, you can't export a model without assigned texture, because material parametrs are void instead of 3DS Max.

There is the only one hope - OpenIV with GIMS/OFIO scripts. Both Zmodeler and OpenIV teams are Russian, but they won't work together.

Looks cool, but is it stable enough, is it bug-free? IIRC, IV export plugin had some troubles at the time, like too small deformation coefficient and stuff. Plus, does it support additional data beside 3d mesh, like embedded textures and metadata? Does it work with buildings and peds models?

That's sad to hear. I hope that GIMS V gets released soon.

I hope someone with Python knowledge would write a import/export script for Blender.

 

Would pay half a thousand for it, too.

Work hours.

 

So far, i bought a license for a month for 4.95, feel free to request and post models you'd like to convert, i will go and try it.

 

The plugin don't support lights and glass shattering AFAIK.
