Can't use weapons from the vehicle?

Do you sometimes encounter this problem? Of all of suddenly, you can't use weapons from the car, even though you're not in passive mode.

Is the driver of the vehicle in passive? This can happen if they are.

Do you have ammo in the weapon types allowed in such cars?

 

Example: Pistols, Micro SMG etc.

This has happened to me for a long time now.

 

One option has been to do a GTA race and then the problem seems to fix itself after.

 

The option that I do is start in story mode. Get in the car, drive around for a few seconds until I can use weapons. Then, it usually seems good to go when I go online.

Have i pressed right mouse button to aim?

Yes.

Was my right mouse button working?

Yes.

Had i proper mouse driver installed?

Yes.

I've already experienced this problem - all you have to do is open snapmatic on your phone and close it and it'll work.
