I've had this problem and this caused YouTube to terminate my YouTube channels over too many times that I just stopped counting. Believe me or not, even with that sometimes umc or I don't remember who just don't care and would still shut down the videos anyways, only "fair use" argument that can prevent copyright infringement. Nope, even the "fair use" wouldn't prevent YouTube from taking down my videos. For me it works with what I posted, they just leave me alone. It actually sometimes depends on the label itself.
