[GTA V] Play with mod - without any launcher modded (Steam)

GUIDE VERY SIMPLE. JUST HAVE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL GAME. THIS COPY YOU PUT ANY MOD AS WILL OFFLINE

I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS / DAMAGE TO FILE. MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE.

TO PLAY WITH GTA MODDED, USING A FOLDER COPIED.

Do not use any launcher modded or tools, I have a folder (copy of the original) with inside all the mods.
therefore now proceed to explain how to use this second folder.

how to proceed:

1- The first time the PC, is required, start GTA ORIGINAL, to validate and confirm the files.
Started the game, go out.

2- At this point, to use modded GTA, start the game by: launcher.exe, located in the folder with a copy of GTA and all mod.


TO PLAY OFFLINE WITHOUT CHANGING THE RULES OF THE FIREWALL.

(Without quotes)
1- CREATE A NEW DOCUMENT TEXT. RENAME "commandline"
2- OPEN DOCUMENT AND WRITE THIS COMMAND "-scOfflineOnly"
3- POSITION THIS DOCUMENT IN FOLDER MAIN GTA V

IN THIS WAY THE SOCIAL CLUB WILL BE OFFLINE.
