thanks for this mod!

 

i'm a bit confused though, i have the AIO and the PS2 packs installed but they are missing features included in the recommended mods list. am i supposed to install the mods from that list as well? would they overwrite anything?

If anything, it's Leone Sentinel from LCS that should be renamed, because the "Mafia Sentinel" name was already settled. But then again, I do see logic behind renaming the car, because there were several mafias in the city, so Leones were driving Leone Sentinels, Sindaccos were driving Sindacco Argentos, because they needed to be told apart.

The Leones gang name is not even consistent on interwebz

 

as posted the gta.wikia it says both Leone and Mafia name

here it's only "mafia" http://www.gtagaming.com/gta3/gangspc

and here only "leone family" http://www.grandtheftwiki.com/Gangs_in_GTA_III

Forellis are a mafia in Liberty City... they are mentioned in GTA III as the forelli family (which is still a mafia)

I'm going to play GTA III and the Ghost Town Bank from the intro has all the same marble texture applied on everything (flags, signs, etc.) Which file should I replace? The latest LCLF update screws up the bank textures. I tested it many times by uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the mod.

I've installed the last version of the MOD (auto installer) and the "Liberty City Bank" text isn't showed.

 

I want to ask you about the compatibility of this MOD, I use the Silent Patch that adds the car lighting fix in the particle.txd file, if I apply this incredible MOD, is there some type of incompatibility problem???

 

Ohter question is about to use this MOD with the XBOX render mode of the Skygfx version for GTA III, if I use the XBOX render mode, can I use this MOD???, render problems or something like that.

There shouldn't be as, if you don't use steam verison, you won't run into problems and if you use steam version and refuse to downgrade you should use this mod which shouldn't collide

Well this mod overwrites some models so you would lose the shadowing on those edited models but on others it will be fine.

Seems like The Hero's plugin somehow sometime some models f*cks up in the way, the one texture is used for every. Thankfully i did it with old Kam's plugin, but after checking with new plugin + reexporting it became what it became.

Thankfully i left the one exported with Kam's plugin in txd.img

tl;dr it's ofc not my fault as usually here is fix

Thank you so much friend for the answers, everything is more precise now for me, respect the version of the game, it's not a problem because I've downgraded the steam version to the 1.0 version.

 

Talking about the XBOX render and vehicles (I fogotten to say that I'm using the render XBOX features and vehicles for SkyGfx), I will use the manual files of LCS The leftovers fix and PS2 pack and I won't replace the vehicles files, with that, everything would work fine, no???

If you don't replace anything in The Hero's xbox_vehicles.img you should be fine.

About the textures of the cars, like I've telling you yesterday, I need to know which are the textures of the vehicles to don't apply these to the gta and/or txd .img files, because I've decompressed the XBOX_vehicles.img file and I've rebuilded the original files with the files of the XBOX vehicles because in my steam guide to mod the game (in spanish), I let the people to choose what render features and vehicles use, and this would be for the XBOX option.

If I am not mistaken, you just need to replace the props.ipl in data\maps with vanilla one.

OR you can use this great little thing, that has a mixed PC+PS2 version of props, which means that there should be even a bit more objects on the map.

With last update LC Bank lost some textures, and for some unknow reason last update works perfectly with steam version, but some things end up untextured on retail version.

Some things i have seen are cutscenes claude and cars and engine textures in some cars.

Also, what is it with the PS2 Sentinel showing up as a corrupted mess in GGMM? Also, the PS2 Sentinel textures don't show up for some reason, unless if I run GTA III as Administrator.

sfx are different on PS2 - they are split into archives and has different numbering.

 

Also, what is it with the PS2 Sentinel showing up as a corrupted mess in GGMM?

maybe weird conversion but it works in game.

 

 

Also, the PS2 Sentinel textures don't show up for some reason, unless if I run GTA III as Administrator.

Doesn't seems to be actually LCLF problem, more like windows/gta3

Found what was wrong with my game, while my steam copy on my desktop is installed on D:, my retail copy is on my laptop on C: so it looks like I have to run GTA3 in admin mode so it can use txd.img or some things look untextured...
