@Sneed: Well, since this is a community project and you're leading it, I don't really see any problem in you redistributing PS2 Feels III Edition in a .7z archive. PS2 Feels SA Edition was also done by Mugetsuga and I recall seeing it being distributed in a .ZIP archive in the PS2 Features to PC index once. But as you can see right now, it's being distributed in a .7z archive.:)

This kind off project, LCLF and VCLF is pretty dead. So you are expecting too much, as a new PS2 feels package with better compression while the old one is big in size I know but just works.

I love the mod as it adds a lot of the missing features the PC version just botched, but I was wondering if there could be a way to keep the old objects around Portland? I.e. emergency stairs, that water silo thing ontop of the garage of the first safehouse etc.

Hi, VBdec does it come with the song "o mia babbina caro" which was removed from the double clef fm radio on the PC version?

Hey , how to fix wheels inside texture for III-VC-SA cars ? I don't find any solution ... It's car model editing ?

Not car editing itself but wheels model editing. Since GTA3 and GTA Vice City uses individual wheels for each vehicle and not attached to them like GTA San Andreas does.

What about car's headlight lens flare ? In GTA 3 beta it works like on train for all vehicles ...

I'm getting a big problem with this mod, when i install both the leftovers fix and the ps2 feels, i get texture problems all over portland and it doesn't look normal...

Leftovers mod and PS2 Feels installed perfectly and looks great, though the sign above the Portland garage (the one with Eddie's boilers) is blank white. The game displays other Eddie's posters in correct locations, like at the alley before you drive into the same garage, so I don't what this is.

 

Also, during the cutscene in which 8-ball goes into Luigi's place, the character's mouths are not synced with the audio. The lips are moving before they speak. This is the only occasion of this I have found so far.

@GregInternational Looks fine here... Did you put PS2 feels as a higher priority in modloader?

As for the sound desync, I don't notice anything myself but it's possible it could be caused by vbdec if you're using that. Otherwise, I have no idea.

Higher priority in modloader? How would I do that?

Also, I deleted vbdec.asi from the mss folder and it sdidn't fix tht lip sync. Put it in the scripts folder later and still the same issue.

Go into modloader.ini in the modloader folder and under [Profiles.Default.Priority] put this:

PS2 Feels III Edition = 51

That way nothing will overwrite any of its files (unless if you put another mod a higher priority than it)

 

As for the sound desync, I have no idea

Hello i've been using this mod for a long but one thing im skeptical about it's the gta3.dat file whenever i properly install the ps2 feels III edition it seems that in opening sequence after catalina shot claude the game freeze on the newspaper, 
However if i apply the lcs cop car it certainly works now. 
and the things whenever the gta3.dat file is in the ps2 feels iii edition there's a police car after the opening intro instead of a blue sentinel,
but after you removed that .dat file it does show the blue sentinel but alot of collision is kinda messed up and the train with graffiti dissapears too! 

i think someone mention this before in this thread the dude also did the same thing which is to apply the lcs cop car on the ps2 feels iii edition.

 

hoping someone would take a look on this : )

Yeah that still didn't work. What is the sign file called? It might be missing for some reason, so I just need to put it in.

I use GTA 3 Xbox Vehicles and the cars have visual bugs like random colors reflecting from the paint, also some of the cars have been downgraded to it's PS2 counterparts.

EDIT: Nvm i fixed it. It turns out i need to put the LCS optional vehicles on, it's fine for me since they don't make much difference in how they look and it adds up to the immersion. I think the cutscene after the newspaper contains the LCS police vehicles only and that's why it couldn't read it and crash in modloader.

the gta.dat is kinda messed up well you could put other optional ver of the cop car and the opening scene where the newspaper freeze will be fixed but yeah i really should know how to edit that .dat file since the sentinel wasnt on the bridge instead it was a cop car

I have a question on this topic,

is there any way to disable the blown off limbs effect, ps2 didn't have it (apart from a cheat) and it annoys me because its unrealistic

Sorry to triple post but I thought I'll contribute to this project. I was using the PS2 radio dispatch sound mod and I noticed an inconsistency - when playing some missions the police radio would play some lines in the PC quality-type which annoyed me because it sounds slightly distorted compared to the PS2 one

and made the mod look unfinished. So I extracted the SFX files from the PS2 version and converted them to WAV and renamed them to the PC file names, so now you can just drag and drop it into the game audio folder

ALSO to whoever is running this project - if this is good content that I made, then please reupload this as I wont be keeping it up forever

It's just paste it in the audio folder? or somethimg else?
