I'm updating the submission time to 6 PM EST tomorrow because it appears that many were uncertain of the time, and to be fair, it was not explicitly stated, so this is why I'm extending it.

 

However, judging is still commencing as 12 AM EST today. This should deter many from making further edits throughout the day.

From my reading of that, that would've been 11PM GMT on the 18th of August ..

 

And considering there was an outage yesterday and network problems before then, calling it closed early (according to GMT) seems a bit rum..

 

For future reference, you might actually want to give some precise time zones and dates since the world isn't always on the same day at the same time..
