Or u carry all the money and go alone and ask them to go for there separate apartment whether they have kuruma or not bec kuruma is only needed for the person carrying money and other take there any car and make it to dingy.

It can be on the final chasing, near the bridge in Alamo Sea. You don't need to pass by the checkpoint in the mountains, you can turn left and go to Dinghy normally. So, you drive the Dinghy under the final bridge to see the final cutscene.

for elite challebge let 2 people carry the cash. Dont shoot any cop just keep jumping with HV. And last go on the bike and drive straight to the dinghy. Its the easiest elitr challenge out of them all

Finished Pac Standard, the money carrier was shot and killed several times but the value representing the cash being carried never dropped.
