Has anyone managed to have a full take and still complete the elite challenge?

Technically it would currently be impossible complete the Elite challenge without a full take

I didn't know about the fact that you dont loose Money anymore if you get shot. Rockstar changed that with Patch ?

obvious bug introduced when they made the change for the 2X event

 

 

 

I don't think it's a bug, there just wasn't any way for the game to double a reduced amount so they had to pay 2.5 each time no matter what. Having said that, they'll probably fix it tomorrow...

 

^ In vans, Driver's can't take the pics, it has to be the navigators.

 

PS can anyone confirm whether or not the Vinewood police chopper spawns at all in the finale any more? Want to give it a go, not seen it spawn yet.

 

 

Friends inform me it does not spawn in the finale, I haven't checked myself though but I believe them, only chopper that used to spawn was the one near

the beach helipads but I think they removed that one from the finale as well.

Some people were upset when I posted about being upset the other day about having to drive other people to the heists and that driving together is strategic - all arrive together, etc. Some people may think that way - you all were right - but I maintain a lot of people don't and they just want someone to drive them while they do nothing or fiddle around because they're too lazy to drive.

 

OR:

 

...like someone in the "Signal" set-up this morning, so they can be a dbag and fire flares off in all directions while I'm trying to drive, getting us a pair of stars wanted level. I proceeded to drive to the beach by the pier and booted them out of the car and I'm like:

 

 

It's astonishing the amount of people who can't seem to follow directions in the finale - I'm demolitions and we get downstairs and the alarm is going within like two seconds, two low level randoms on crowd control. Then the randoms follow us downstairs next time. I'm like, you have to be kidding me. I point upstairs and they just pay no attention.

 

So then a few times more we try and they keep getting wasted on crowd control. I'm like, how do you even do that badly on crowd control?

 

(But no I really was mad.)

 

I'm sitting there going, we're never going to even make it to the alley. Sure enough, just epic failure.

 

So.... went to do the "Signal" set-up again. I don't stop at Chumash, I drive to the seasharks by the bridge closer to the island. The person driving with me starts highlighting the Chumash ones on the map and I'm like, "Trust, MFer, Trust." We get almost to the fort and apparently MFer didn't trust just because he just literally bails out of the car in the middle of nowhere as I'm speeding along. I just kept driving... If you're not going to trust me, fine.

 

After, I get an invite on the phone from one of the low level people who screwed up the finale earlier.

sticky bombs are quite useful in the escape towards the boat. if you are a passenger in a car, you literally can not blow yourself up. So I may use all 25 sticky bombs if needed.

If you are a passenger, you can cook a grenade and it still won't blow you or your crew up. Only the driver can blow up the car.

You know what would be nice? If we had a storage room in the high-end apartment. Maybe you can still carry 25, but if there's a sale you can stock up or maybe there'd be a ammunation website where you can order them by the case (discount) and have them be delivered to your storage room? Rather than going to ammunation, you could go to your storage room when you start the game and as you moved past the stored items, you'd load up as much as you could.

Ouch that's unlucky. I've hosted 2 heists so far and both went pretty smoothly with friends/randoms. Quick job is being nice to me as well for a change. Done 4 finales today.

i dont know on newgen but on ps3 a helicopter spawn at vespucci helipad.

It's 2 days passed and i completed about 13 setups of my own!

Hell they can't even listen to what Lester is screaming in their ear before you even get to the bank. Its really ashame that many idiots are ruining hiest SMH.

But sometimes it happens and then you get failure after failure. Shooting at vans mission, that kind of things. We need classes like in Fifa or something so you can only join an heist when youre capabele enough.

This. Heists really should have been level locked at at least like 75. Pac Standard Finale with lower level randoms is impossible. I'm so sick of people who can't even pull off crowd control. They don't get it and the alarm goes off in two seconds.

 

Also, tired of people who keep all trying to pile into the white van in the Hack set-up.

Usually the lower the level, the lower the IQ. It's a shame to those who are an exception and get discriminated because they're low levels.

Yes, it true. At the beginning of the x2 heists i wanted to take out my second charachter who is level 2 because of the fast rp's but that was not an good idea. Only with your heist team and friends you can make money and rp's otherwise it's really sh*t.

 

But for the people who normally have sh*t people on the heist:

When you finish an final or setup that was going good, friend invite the guys who you played with. Then u have always good players in your list.

 

We do heists now in 1 hour and an half. Everybody can do that, it's really simple. The final is for me the easiest job ever. When you have The heavy armor it feels like god mode. You don't even have to think about taking cover when you walk with 4 guys in a line with machine guns to the bikes.
