How to import/export .yft files?

I've seen some moders succeeded in putting new models into gta v.Well that's really cool,and i want to create my own mod.Can anyone tell me how to import/export .yft files ?what should i need?

I don't know about .ytf, but for .ytd I use TextureTool. You can try on OpenIV

I want to add new model to gta v,and it seems that Openiv can't extract a correct format for 3dsmax (or other 3D model editor tool)to import. :/ Anyway,thanks :)

This guy's been using converted Battlefield 4-to-GTA4 models and converting them for V using 3DS Max, GIMS IV, Kams GTA Max, ytdydryddyft2txddffcol, and FiveM. So I assume you can just edit the models in 3DS Max right before you export to .YDR.

 

The real issue is that there's no useful stuff like rigging, animations, and materials (I think) yet. It's all just static models right now.

finally the staff will be able to do the mods of vehicles now ZModeler have the export tool

Can you give me a Tutorial for nun melee Weapons?

My Weapon have a wrong position and if i shoot the game crash. Nobody want to make a detailed Tutorial for that but alot of people know how to make Weapons with animations and the right position.
