Once you are load the GTA.ini file (which is located in the directory FaceTrackNoIR of archive) in a FaceTrackNoIR program, press Start in a frame with labeled "GO!" and leave it running in the background mode. You need to have installed: - FaceTrackNoIR (1.7): here - ScriptHookV (1.0.335.2 and higher): here Changelog: v0.6 - hotkey to enable/disable, autostart, stop tracking at aiming, FaceTrack v.2.0 protocol; v0.5 - some bugs of the first person mode was fixed; v0.4 - added first person mode for preview and tests; v0.3 - need for everytime update a player id, because when model of player was changed, script would not work; v0.2 - added the offset from yaw angle; v0.1 - first released version. Known bugs of first person mode: - very hard to enter in any transport (need to come right to the door) - for more easily entry in any transport hold down the relevant key; - when you are fighting or attacking someone, hold down the relevant key for control by mouse; - at some angles you see a part of the body of a character; - another... Use the settings of the axes of the review in FaceTrackNoIR, as well as the options in the file facetrack.ini from the mod. Run Down That Guy
Amazing!!! I have an Oculus Rift (DK2), if you could set something up for that.. that would be simply amazing Real time head tracking in first person VR, I am still waiting for that. EDIT:: As the head tracking that is already available is kinda... well... with GTA V I have not had a realistic or good experience ... This is pretty neat, and works very well for me. Thank you very much! I dont have Oculus, but I have seen Oculus PC SDK and looks like it`s helpful thing! In game, at this moment, I have no found needed native function`s for correctly moving the head up and down, forward and backward as i want, need more time... What about first person... when i tested facetracknoir in that mode I have сaught some loop in zone field of view... and it`s look like a very quick carousel Maybe I can do something with that !!! Run Down That Guy
I've noticed in first person, it will sometimes bob back and fowarth without head movement, but I am thinking that is more a problem with the head tracking software than the plugin. Other than that, a mounted webcam at the correct angle offers a good working head tracker. Now, another thing is sometimes, in first preson in the car it will set the view to the right looking almost out the passenger window, and I have to turn my head to the left to see straight out of the car But this, with the Oculus so far has been awesome!!!! I hate the stupid head tracker in virtual cinema mode. It lags really bad for me (terrible latency issues) -- this script works way better. And I am sure after some fine tuning it will be the best
