SalvatoreCJ1903
I thought if CJ would have a personal vehicle, what would be the best choice. Preferably, I believe his car would be an old one that you would find in the ghetto, like a lowrider, that isn't too standing out in the more affluent and business areas. What do you guys think what car CJ would have as his personal vehicle?

lil weasel
Carl would Not own a vehicle. He knows how long they last, and He does not have a "job" to go to. When he needs a vehicle he just takes one. SalvatoreCJ1903
I think of the Admiral as a "budget car" - A low-priced 4-door sedan that is designed to have most of the important features of the more expensive luxury cars, but most of the stuff that makes a luxury car expensive have been stripped out to make a more practical, lightweight car that can used in your daily commute to work. The Admiral's low price and trade off for removing most of the personal luxury features in return for a cheaper, more practical car that can also be a family car. Even Kane, a high-ranking Ballas OG owned an Admiral! From what I think, the Admiral could be an ideal gang car and as well a good personal vehicle for CJ! j7n
GamesBoy316
He doesn't need to own a car. Why own one when he can easily steal or jack someone? lil weasel, BasicallyDrunK and Big_Smiley

Maybe Kane could afford one because, like you mentioned it, he was a high ranking OG?

j7n
CJ is a "buster", he travels to other cities to make lots of money, and would likely to pick a car from there. He works alone, because he knows that gang members would only stand in the line of fire, and their deaths shall be on his conscience, and also a distraction. Therefore he doesn't need a 4-door car. Since CJ also commented about Sweet still using the old Greenwood, he doesn't feel like using cars traditionally available in the hood. Since the Admiral lost its shine that it had in Vice City (as all cars), it doesn't look luxury anymore. You can see it driven on motorways by regular poeple ("Causal average") next to Bobcats and Perennials, where sports cars cannot be seen. The Feltzer looks somewhat shiny and fresh, but not the Admiral. Many people have said that CJ drives too fast and recklessly. Perhaps he likes to drive offroad and on the curb. Therefore he should have a car that can handle it. So I would give him the Buffalo, which has great handling somewhat sporty, but still sorted under muscle cars, it's raw, angular, doesn't look too expensive. He may have stolen it from crazy Catalina in the woods. If the car has to come from the ghetto, then it shall be the Voodoo, because it too can go over bumps, unlike the above choice, has what seems to be forgiving "abs" brakes, and not as twitchy steering as the other wide lowriders. The Voodoo is driven by his gang already. One of the above babies. (not the best screenshot as I had in the rate your vehicle games) CJ has lots of money and presence in other cities. I think he could buy green Sultans and Sentinels for his gang in Fierro and Venturas respectively, but not for himself. I wish he could at least. IdlePed
I have a different car for each area. In Los Santos, CJ's car is a white Feltzer (like the one from End of the Line). In the countryside, CJ drives a dark green Huntley. In San Fierro, CJ's vehicles are both customised at Wheel Arch Angels: The Elegy and the Jester. In the desert, CJ rides a black Freeway. Finally, in Las Venturas, CJ travels around in a red Infernus.

SaintsAndreas
Los Santos - Savanna (green or silvery blue) Countryside - Freeway or Sanchez (any color) San Fierro - Turismo (white) Desert - Monster Las Venturas - Slamvan (red)
DragonpokeZ
In general, CJ loves to drive around fast and very recklessly, so fast cars are a must. No Perennials or Faggios or sh*t like that In Los Santos, CJ is broke as f*ck and just came back from town. I'll say he the Savanna from 'Cesar Vialpando', since he does get it for free, and it also is a fast lowrider that his gang drives. When he goes to the Countryside, CJ has lost it all... again. His car would have to be a little more cheap. Motorbikes are usually cheaper than cars, and there is a Sanchez by the Angel Pine save point, so that does it. That is, until 'Wu Zi Mu' when he earns himself a ZR-350 by beating Wu Zi Mu to a race. He still keeps the Sanchez, however. On to San Fierro, CJ starts with a garage, where he promptly saves his Sanchez and ZR-350. In San Fierro, he completes Driving School, but since he was the millionth student, he gets a Super GT (?) which he also saves. During the course of the story, he also got to keep Ryder's Picador after killing him, as a sort of memorial, and Jizzy's Broadway when police start looking for it and Jizzy ditches it. CJ is now the proud owner of 6 cars On the Desert, he is given a Monster Truck by Mike Toreno, which he keeps because free sh*t is free sh*t. Later on, he will have to become a pilot, and when he does, Toreno rewards him with a Rustler, which he has to use to deliver a cargo into Angel Pine. That's 8 vehicles already. Later on, CJ will attain a Leviathan helicopter, which he keeps in his deserted airfield, along with a military jet, the Hydra. During the LV missions, he steals an Admiral from the Sindacco factory, which he uses during Don Peyote. He also gets a Walton for keeps during 'Madd Dogg'. Salvatore lets CJ keep the Forelli's jet, a Shamal, which he will also keep for personal uses. When he pulls out the heist at Salvatore's Casino, he will escape in a Police Helicopter, which also gets saved at his airstrip. Finally, when he takes Madd Dogg's mansion back from those base-pushing Va-hoes, CJ gets a flamant pink convertible to keep, which he reluctantly does. During 'Cut Throat Business', CJ can keep any of the unique Vortexes, Karts, of Madd Dogg's BF Injection. Finally, during 'End of the line' Sweet gets a white Feltzer, likely given back to CJ as he still likes his Greenwood. Add that sh*t up gunziness and Flymystical-DJ

dekash27
Apart from his brother's Greenwood he occasionally drives, the Savanna he gets from loco low co. He does own a black Vincent towards the end of GTA San Andreas. Seems like a nice car imo.
Sir_Featherstone
I think Carl, if he were to own a car, would just keep the Savanna that he gets from Cesar's friend. Maybe if he were to get a car himself he would go for an Admiral or a Sentinel? At the end of the game he says to Sweet "I can't believe you bougt this same bucket ass car, man" which makes me think he really does not like the Greenwood lol
Livsi
I always choose a Freeway. But I think CJ would choose a lowrider.
