Stoked. I was hoping for some sort of change to the atmosphere of the game, kinda like the snow around Christmas, but scary and creepy. I wasn't expecting themed vehicles. I'm not sure what all the leaked files mean, but I'm excited either way. It's going to be fun.

 

I would love a creepy change to the atmosphere too, like maybe all the trees go bare and theres thick fog everywhere. I also noticed on the twitter source that they are releasing a flashlight along with the vehicles and masks. Maybe they will have an in-game map-wide black out and to see clearly we will have to use our headlights and that flashlight. :)

Animals for GTAO confirmed?

 

Creatures, dismemberment?, dogs, dripping faucet, drone?, female screams? Sounds like a possible atmosphere change with creepy sound effects and whatnot.

 

 

That is so awesome! I actually think I'm now looking forward to the Halloween update more than the Lowrider update! I can't recall the release schedule of the early DLCs, but has Rockstar ever released full-on DLCs back to back like this before?

It is. They have stated this.

 

No, they keep saying sh*t like "future content updates such as this" (Freemode & Lowrider Update) or "no more meaningful updates". That's not a definite NO!

But we'll see...

It is. They have stated this.

 

 

Yeah, and the fact that Rockstar isn't handcuffed with last gen's limitations and they can put all of their focus on developing content strictly for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, its probably why they are releasing these more extensive updates more frequently. Freemode Events, Lowriders and Halloween DLCs in a little over a months time, we really haven't see this amount of DLC packs in such a short amount of time before.

I would totally like to see this return in GTAV as Halloween DLC

 

 

 

Maybe get a special outfit or Cash boost or some other unlock able for destroying all the pumpkins and tombstones on the day / night of Halloween.

Halloween's been asked for on many occasions, it's been granted. This wouldn't be the only thing either. Truth be told, the ideas people have and are submitting are so good and well thought out, it was really only a matter of time before implementing them.

 

Who knows, could be a racing and gang update in the future...
