Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support.

We're sorry to hear that you were having some issues with accessing content from the Halloween DLC.

From about 4:20 AM to 4:50 AM ET (9:20 AM to 9:50 AM GMT) on October 29th, there was a brief issue where the Halloween Surprise Flashlight and Masks were not properly being added to players' inventories. We have since corrected this, and these are working without issue.

We are currently investigating cases for a small group of players who might have purchased these items and did not receive them during that time. If you would like to receive an automatic email notification as soon as there is more information, please log into the Support Site and click Subscribe at the top of the following link......."

Didn't get a single mask back. Gotta tell them again..

Investigating their own arses? Yeah... If they we're investigating they'd already give people masks back or atleast a refund.

 

 

if they gave u the masks back, without fixing the bug, u'll lose the masks again and u'll have to open a new ticket.

 

same thing for the refund, if u get ur money back now, without fixing it, u'll buy again the masks and u'll have to open a new ticket.

 

best way to deal with this, is waiting till they know what's the problem and give ppl their money back.

We're still waiting on details about the weekend event. The shirts will almost certainly be tied to that.

 

Ah that would actually make sense! Lets hope it's as simple as signing in each day for a new t-shirt and not special crate drops.

They said they corrected it but they obviously DIDN'T

This is a cut and paste response. I've had numerous replies from rockstar saying that can't track actual purchases. Just keep going and you will get a refund eventually.

Yes. He has both. Hunted can also use fists for surprise attacks without the damn light from the flashlight giving you away.

On topic, I just bought a Halloween mask and face paint, quit GTA, started it again and they have stuck.

 

Now I just need to decide if I want to spend all that money on all of them...?

Well depends if you are a collector, if yes then you should go for them otherwise I would only get the ones I like.

Someone mentioned it earlier, it's like 960k to get them all. A million dollars just for masks...idk. I'll probably just buy several that I like. Odds are even if I got all of them I wouldn't use even half.

So I just got a network error during the yacht slasher job and it threw me back to free mode. Look what stayed in place:

 

In case you didn't figure it out, the freaking yacht is in free mode. Interiors and everything.

The Slasher actually has a Machete in Slasher. Everyone just uses the shotgun.

 

Also, I spoke to R* support on the phone about my missing masks, they said there will be a big fix for it sometime soon to give everyone their stuff back. I asked if buying the face paints meant we could keep them for good after Nov. 16 and they said "yeah, they will work like the face paint from independence day. It'll be yours to keep, but if you dont buy it you will have to wait until next year to buy them again"

Yeah there's a glitch on sins where you get get the yacht to spawn in your session by doing one of those slasher lobbies.

Nice update with the cars and the slasher thing..awesome. I think it is unfortunate for the last gen players not being able to take part of it. Maybe we could all post some pictures of the event and maybe even post some of the fun things we are doing with this event. I'm going to go on and play the game for awhile and I'll try to remember to get some pics for you last gen guys!

I believe it has, I've bought a mask and face paint and they haven't disappeared.
