Got a response to my ticket of missing stuff

 

"Hello TheOddGamerYT,

Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support.

We're sorry to hear that you were having some issues with accessing content from the Halloween DLC.

From about 4:20 AM to 4:50 AM ET (9:20 AM to 9:50 AM GMT) on October 29th, there was a brief issue where the Halloween Surprise Flashlight and Masks were not properly being added to players' inventories. We have since corrected this, and these are working without issue.

We are currently investigating cases for a small group of players who might have purchased these items and did not receive them during that time. If you would like to receive an automatic email notification as soon as there is more information, please log into the Support Site and click Subscribe at the top of the following link......."

Didn't get a single mask back. Gotta tell them again..

I don't even see the point of asking again, they're f*cking blind parrots, they can't read... Don't you understand? I guess we'll have to deal with the fact that we lost (x) amount of money...

I asked for a refund, not for f*cking information...

 

WTF is this sh*t! I sent a ticket at 9:18am and still no reply!! Surely i was one of the first people to open a ticket about this.

For those who are having issues with the masks, I highly doubt you will get anything from Rockstar besides many automated replies that end up going nowhere.

They gave me $200k back for a race that i didn't even bet on and won, the masks/torch are only $140k i'd rather wait and see.

You'll probably only see the refund when you start the game. That's how these usually work, it's not a live thing that'll happen mid-game.

 

Besides, there's more than just you that's experienced this problem. Be patient.

I bought a flashlight two hours ago and that hasn't disappeared. Haven't tried the facepaints or masks though.

why wont you buy one mask to see what happen.

I must be one of the lucky ones this time around thank god.

 

Bought all the masks and flashlights for both characters several hours ago. Changed sessions many times and back and forth between characters 5 or 6 times too. They both still have everything.

Well, this Halloween update is accomplishing the goal of frightening me, as I'm afraid to buy anything.

 

I'm already dealing with the issue of missing inventory.

 

Guess I'll wait a couple two/three days.

Posting again because the clock at work is dragging very slowly today. Can anyone tell me how much the new bobbleheads are running? There are a lot of them I like and I'll probably buy a bunch in case they are taken out of the LSC later. Hopefully they stay but it's possible they'll be like the masks.

if they gave u the masks back, without fixing the bug, u'll lose the masks again and u'll have to open a new ticket.

 

same thing for the refund, if u get ur money back now, without fixing it, u'll buy again the masks and u'll have to open a new ticket.

 

best way to deal with this, is waiting till they know what's the problem and give ppl their money back.
