The default value is 666,666 however they can change it since "tunables" is a server-side file.

WTF is a Halloween?

All hallow's Eve (Halloween) is One of the two most important nights of the year for pagans who attempts are made to break the bond which is keeping the doors to the underworld closed. Blood and sexual rituals. Sexual association with demons. Animal and human sacrifice - male or female.

 

Or Samhain Eve which is a time for witches or something along those lines in the old Celtic year at the 1 of Nov was the new year. However is modern history its been somewhat twisted by Christianity.

 

Did someone say Samhain? CURSE OF THORN! KILL MICHAEL, KILL!!

 

Also, there was another reply here where someone was called entitled etc for wanting this update. Well, Rockstar better get used to hearing that tune if they want to survive this fall. Fallout4 and new COD coming out within 2 weeks, baybee. They're going to be under pressure to crank out new content like never before. I sense the casino next spring or late winter.

 

I'm pretty sure they can survive just fine. They've had worse situations than a few impatient kiddies going off to play other games. Also, they aren't under pressure for anything. The real fans can stay, and the sometimes fans like you can gladly go off somewhere else.

 

And that, my friends, is Rockstar's problem in a nutshell. Masses of drone like "fans" that happily eat up whatever crap Rockstar throws at them. Never a thought of questioning their master's secretive, nonsensical ways. There's simply no incentive for Rockstar to do better. They know they have the mindless masses wrapped around their finger. Whatever happened to the business serving the customer? It's certainly the other way around here.

 

 

GTA 5 and Online are good games (IMO), I enjoy playng them and the updates R* provide keep the game fresh and fun for me. Is that a problem? I couldn't ask for more out of a company that exists for video games. Yet alot of you on here treat them like a super secret evil mastermind corporation, which in my eyes is pathetic. Would you like an apology for me liking R* and the games they put out?

This Bastard Roosevelt is fantastic. Got a three star wanted level to test it out and it got me out of it pretty quickly. Then I crashed it into the water. The insurance is $6800 or something like that.

 

There are four liveries or you can choose no liveries. I went with the flames. I don't think there were any bumper or exhaust mods. You can't remove the fenders or anything like that. Just performance and paint mostly, but it already looks so crazy I'm fine with that. Too bad I have to work now.

nit picking much i see

More than likely the masks aren't staying because of the hotfix that R* implemented that prevented/removed the masks from staying in peoples inventories that got them early.

 

So you know, one more thing that they f*cked up on. Either way, I saved my pumpkin mask to an outfit so no big deal.

Yes you can save a Halloween mask with a saved outfit. I know because that is what I've done.

It's a shame to not be able to keep all the Halloween masks, test bought them all switched sessions and they all disappeared except the one I was wearing.

I suspect as someone just mentioned there is a conflict between the hotfixes that removes the masks from being made available early and the fact that they are now available legitimately. I would raise a ticket and they should then be able to roll back the hotfixes.
