You do know this is rockstar we're talking about. They are always scrapping stuff they work on. Not to go there, but look at how many times they mentioned story dlc or "More from trevor micheal and franklin to come" And nothing. Story doesnt even half if any of the dlc items anymore

Yup, just like most events its normally a weekend thing. The reason vday dlc lasted was because of issues.Xmas dlc lasted a week or so because the whole time is considered holiday. also the snow came and went it wasnt available during the whole deal. 4th lasted the weekend. The first speculation was friday-sunday for the halloween dlc. Personally I think that would be more accurate.
