Neither of them is a re-skin as significant elements have changed from their original models (Roosevelt and Buccaneer). Both are based on existing cars for reasons that should be obvious if you look at the pics of the real life inspirations.

One of them really looks like a hearse if you ask me. The other one is just the most ugly monstrosity to ever drive along the streets of LS.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Wasn't discussing aesthetics at all, just addressing your comment about one of them being a re-skin. The Hearse is actually a Buccaneer's body with a newly-modeled Hearse top installed. A "muscle Hearse" if you will. The other is a Roosevelt with significant physical alterations. Pics of the real-life versions have already been posted, so I won't re-post them, but anyway. These aren't supposed to be sexy amazing cars, they're supposed to be kind of ridiculous and in the spirit of the holiday.

Regarding the release date that people keep asking about - I thought the 27th (Tuesday) was known. Or was that just speculation? It would be in keeping with Rockstar's habits, they usually release themed DLC at least a few days before the holiday so we have time to enjoy it.

ill go with a weekend release so from october 30 to november 1st.

The weird looking hotrod is just like "what is going here? I don't know what kind of car I am, I just got slapped together from junk". And the hearse is ok, but the Frank monster in the back would be annoying to see whenever I drive it.

It is based on the munster koach from the old tv show.

 

If you want to have a fact trapped in your head forever:

 

The Munsters' house is still standing on the backlot of Universal Studios. In fact, (cleaned up and painted lavender) it is the house next door to Eva Longoria's house in "Desperate Housewives". The porch of the Munsters' house was modified (and the stone wall/fence removed) to appear more architecturally-neutral, but the upper floor and roof are blatantly Victorian-inspired, so they could never use a wide shot showing Gabi's house with other houses next to it. Across the street, some of the houses are only 4-5 feet deep with well-placed trees and fences used to hide the facades.

Valentine Massacre: Roosevelt ($750,000) = $750,000

Independence Day: The Liberator ($742,014) + Sovereign ($120,000) = $862,014

Halloween Surprise: Lurcher ($666,666) + Franken Stange ($540,000) = $1,206,666

I think the type of people are different. Glitchers and hackers are the one saying they want to burn their money. I am one of those who wants it to be like the good old days. Back then the cars were not expensive. Not everyone has the time on their hands to get all that money by grinding. I am one who has time to play, but I still don't see why cars have to cost that much. Don't give me the "they are more exclusive that way". Say that to the 15 t20s I see in every lobby. Poor people can never get a decent reward for playing the game legit. Instead the hackers get all the good stuff, rewarding them for glitching, and only fueling the R* team to create even more expensive updates. Nah man, everyone should have a fair chance at this game. Go ahead, say that im wrong. I just know the game was better back then.
