They of start (highly entertaining) gang wars with the gang wannabes. So: Are they a gang of their own? Are they police wannabes? Are they mall security? All of the above? None of the above? They are hired security at the mall, Starfish island, airport, and some other places. They also chase people like police, and have guns. If you piss them off, or kill someone, anything that would tick off the police, they'll shot at you. Others will shoot, too, if the see it.
