It's highly doubtful, but I won't say never. I think Rockstar has their hands full.

That'll be the 10th anniversary in 2017.

Man to see Niko come back to mobile devices? That would be epic. But it would take a really high end device to handle such a game like IV.

If they do, they are going to remove that MP feature, kind of like how Naughty dog did with the uncharted remastered version. The MP is too good, so either no MP at all or they will replace it with GTA Online.

Seeing how GTA SA went on mobile, a Mobile port for GTA IV would be sh*t. I'd prefer a NG port with updated graphics.

Lethal Vaccine

All the GTA's will get ported to Mobile in time. Give it a decade before even thinking about IV and V on Mobile Devices. That is the new thing, it appears. I own all the Mobile Ports and enjoy them quite well. War Drum Studios did a good job with III, VC, and CW. Not so much SA, but I can live with the shiny Peds and Cars. That, and the occasional crash of the App is the only problems I have with the SA Mobile Port.

I think R* would definatley do something for GTA IV on it's 10th anniversary, seeing how it was the best selling GTA before V.

Definitely True, but not a NG Port.

With the speed technology is advancing at,I wouldn't be surprised seeing them porting it to Mobile.

They could port the PC version (albeit a properly optimized verison) to current gen, possibly. The question is, should they? They need to be able to justify the amount of effort that goes into it. No project is going to be "green lighted" by the higher ups unless there's a significantly positive cost to benefit ratio.

EFLC sold pretty poorly in comparison to IV, to me that would suggest that the majority of gamers lost interest in IV and couldn't be bothered to pick up the DLC. Is that the case, or was it just poor marketing?

In the eyes of the guys with the billfold, it doesn't matter WHY, what matters is that it signals a lack of interest in that particular IP, so they have to decide if it's worth devoting development resources (money) to porting the game over to current generation consoles.

They need to know that they will make a healthy return on their investment - not just break even, but MAKE money (they ARE a business), or they're not going to do it. They don't OWE it to gamers, out of the goodness of their hearts, to take the risk of creating a deficit just to bring the game to current gen consoles in some fashion. You guys might feel like it's the "right" thing for them to do, but it's not your money on the line.

I'm happy with the current version of IV and since it will be very likely playable via Xbox One Backwards Compatibility (main installment in important game series) don't need anything else.

They could make it, but EFLC was horrifically marketed. Like, dead in the water. There was a billboard in Times Square irl for the Complete Edition. That was it though.

IV sold really well, but the question is whether they care or not, as Online is the big thing at the moment, and also a real money maker.

If they are going to re-release it, I hope it's the complete edition, so it comes with TLAD and TBOGT, although accessing them would be the same as the original.

Maybe they could give incentives to people in Online if they buy IV : Remastered? (Certain Vehicles,Clothes,Etc.)

Chances are you will be able to download it eventually on PSN but it won't be remastered or anything.

I was hoping to play this as I have sold my 360 and I don't have a chance to play IV anymore. I was well surprised that you can not play GTA IV on PS Now?!! WHY???? :(
