Is Social Club Down? (PC)

I try to reload Heists like 3 times and apparently there's an "error downloading job." Since I'm still in session, I tried to access the Rockstar Support page for the server status and the page seems to be affected as well (error loading). Then as I tried to restart the whole game, my Social Club profile couldn't load up as fast as it usually does. And just to confirm if anyone else has just recently experienced this problem, there's people tweeting to the Rockstar Support devs that they're experiencing similar issues as well. Just wondering if anyone else on PC is having the same problem.

I'm having difficulty connecting to GTA Online at the moment on Xbox 360:

 

"Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service"

 

..maybe it's all down temporarily?

I am also unable to access GTA Online, but what's most important is whether my Hearse is saved in a garage. I'll never get a better chance of getting that car randomly if it doesn't save.

Luckily I completed them in about 30 minutes when they showed up, I got some easy ones such as flying a plane under a bridge, participating in a sea race and and killing someone off radar. It wouldn't be nice if you missed out.

The SC seems to be down, for me at least, it just loads and loads, to no result. I was also getting the Rockstar Games services failed to sync message on the XB1, that was about 20-25 minutes ago.

knowing my luck if I do make it online eventually, I will get "do a rally", "parachute dangerously" (which always seems very glitchy for me) and "export a vehicle" without receiving a list from simeon xD
