How to increase "settings.xml" for high end pc's.

Hi guys.Before we seen low end pc config files.Well how can we increase lod scale , draw distance , shadow distance , ped variety etc. for high end pc's.I want increase graphics more.

 

file contains the following settings .How do I change them ? high value is better or worse ?

Honestly, every time I've messed with the settings.xml the game has ran worse than it normally does. It is what it is. I wouldn't mess with it.

I've tested with increasing the following values anything more than that it began to cause random crashes for me:

 

    <CityDensity value="1.400000" />
    <PedVarietyMultiplier value="2.000000" />
    <VehicleVarietyMultiplier value="2.000000" />
