It's strange that almost every session I'm in is filled with city drivers. Everyone stays down in the city and I'm always the only one up in the country, the mountains, and the desert whipping up dust/dirt storms. It's been weeks since I've seen anyone climbing Chilliad or racing on the back roads around the hills.

 

I've tried to join off road crews and they still hover around the city.

 

Don't you guys get bored driving around buildings all the time?

I think its due to the outskirts/mountains/hills being 2/3 of the map and there being no wildlife reminds those of us that you are just a bunch of pixels waiting for R* to delete

I'm not bored of it at all, I actually find my way around the map here and there otherwise I'm doing Heists so I get a bit of everything really.

I'm tired of the city, it seems small in scale which is kind of mistake, and it's easy remembering literally EVERY part of the city.

I was hoping for a fourth property so I could move and have my Off-Road vehicles there. I have more fun behind that magnificent Vinewood sign then I do infront of it.

 

Maybe next patch? I don't know.

I drive north fairly often, either doing the Senora/LS Freeway loop in a sports car, or some good old off-roading with an Insurgent or Dubsta 6x6.

 

Very unlikely to actually move north though, since I prefer to have all 10-car garages and have them clustered together for easier management. So unless they add a bunch of 10-car properties in Paleto Bay or something, I'm not moving anywhere.

I try to stay where there's more people which unfortunately is the city. It gets lonely when you're alone in Paleto and you hear everyone on chat having fun in the city.

Call my speeder round light house, stock up on rebreathers, head out to sea not to far, callings for an ammo drop ...go diving for said ammo drop...best done with bounty on head.

I figure since I'm a druglord kingpin criminal mastermind the least I could do is keep my safehouse out in paleto bay to avoid the opps. Then when I jet down to the city it's for one reason and one reason only ; razin hell.

I like dirtbiking up Mt Chiliad and other mountains when I have a bounty on my head... good way to lose a tail :)

If the desert was bigger I'd be a lot happier. I like offloading with the Brawler, and probably will dirt bike up Chilli ad and Josiah someday.

Off road mountain climbing in the Dubsta 6x6 on Mt. Chiliad, sometimes I just want to escape from the city cause free roam CoD types usually go on killing sprees and it can be annoying when they pull out tanks and other stuff, never liked the chaos they bring into the city.

I just love to drive around, alone or with friends, and listen to some music while watching and enjoying the beautiful scenery.... :music: :inlove:

I'm sorry about the color, but it seems the trend around is making yourself as hard to read as possible :lol: (not only on this thread), feels kinda hipster. I'm special guys, I'm using another color!

The biggest shame is that the industrial areas, docks, and airport make up a solid third of the city...so LS is really only like 15% of the map.

I'm not particularly sick of the city, but it feels weird to be one of the few that likes the countryside as much as the city. If i get into a room with 27 players, then the only one that goes outside Los Santos is me. But most of the players even seems to avoid parts of the city like the docks or the industrial areas and stays at the districts around their apartments for some reason.
