I'll have to try your route. Tried the one @Volganor just posted (again, thanks!) all afternoon. Found 3 in less than 10 minutes. Then found the next three within an hour. Now I'm on hour 4 and haven't seen a single blip. Changed lobbies, changed spawn points, tried different routes, reset the game; nothing. Pretty frustrating.

 

There is one more thing, I think every time I was going for all 10 I started 'early' - sometime after usual Rockstar's update time, so that was for me here in Europe after 11-12h... maybe somebody said something about that as a advice, not sure. 

Don't change sessions, just get back to route and fly bit slower and more to the lines you are using (maybe you need to find one of the other spawns, drunk guy and/or drug car, for game to move on with exotic car spawns). Check out real car locations https://gtaweb.eu/ and also look on map for other 2 random spawn thing!

 

I'll try soon again for all 10 exotic cars, just to see does it work for me  (my Auto-shop contract board is locked with same 3 jobs, need to start & cancel them for refresh )

Today I hopped on. Did a Special Order Nightclub Sale. Finished at the Sawmill so I flew over my Bunker near Harmony. Sold it and finished at Elysian. Was heading to a Warehouse to get Lupe to source when a drug car spawned in Vagos turf. Delivered it out to Route 68 and an Exotic Export spawned right near the dropoff. So I drove it back to the docks. Heading to the Warehouse again, a Crime Scene popped up right nearby so I ran over and grabbed the briefcase of cash. Finally go to the Warehouse. Then went to the Nightclub and collected my safe. Had a VIP client but he needed to go to Sandy Shores. Blew up his limo to get the $500 back, went in and changed DJs.
