When I am going about my business in a peaceful way, and delivering drugs solo, and some likely lads show up and blow up my slow ass garbage truck selling cocaine or my even slower ass Postal Van delivering Meth.

 

Sod the rest of the drug selling, I'll instantly write anymore off and spend the rest of my time there, sending muggers, setting bounties, hopping in a Hydra, blasting them with a Kuruma/ AP combo, ghosting myself and hunting them on the ground, and several other methods of 'murder death kill'.... basically doing everything to kill them multiple times until the scoundrels rage quit and/or start sending me messages crying that I am 'picking' on them or suchlike.

 

I prefer to look upon it as giving a valuable life, erm I mean Los Santos lesson. :-)

As someone who still delivers Simeon cars on the reg, very rarely fails to sell a Sentinel once every 48 minutes and has been craving a car theft update for GTA for years Import/Export is perfection for me.

 

Even the mechanics of it suit me as I have two natural driving styles one of which is fast but economical and neat and it fits this update like a glove, I'm hardly losing any money on repairs or commission. I love it.

I made a modest profit on crates and my meth lab but damn it was boring and painful compared to this. I only popped on for a quick go before and made 130K profit for just driving a couple of cars short distances, bloody brilliant way to make money.

Controller implementation on PC is excellent. I can switch on the fly between my Dualshock and my keyboard and mouse so I don't need to rely on it for shooting people but I don't need to rely on my keyboard for driving either.

When I'm using the Rockstar editor I can use the thumbsticks so make slight adjustments to the camera then use the keyboard and mouse to do general editing. The button prompts change depending on what your last button input was so there's no confusion as to what action correlates to which button on each controller...it's just great. Only problem is that there is currently only support for XBOX button prompts, but that's easy to get used to.

are you using a PS4 controller? If so how do you voice chat?

 

I'm just asking because I use the giant button above the thumb sticks to chat but my friends say that button is used in game so they can't use it to chat. It's really useful because it's so big that you can push it with any free finger as you run, shoot or whatever.

I don't use voice, If I need to communicate I just type.

This is really nice, glad it's permanent then. Thought it was a Christmas discount or something.

 

It also making the office a convenient place to for crate/ vehicle collection now with cheaper vehicle exits.

 

 

Also props for making the vehicle deliveries decent money making, sure there's quite a bit investment and if you want an even securer aid buying a cargobob really helps. But the investment is absolutely worth the quick return.

Aye there are a couple of little problems but on the whole this update has been excellent and hits the nail on the head of what the series is about, for me at least.

 

I've been thinking that I'd be happy if the foundation for the online part of GTA6 used an expanded and improved version of this DLC, it would make perfect sense to me. It's something that new fans of the series can enjoy and old codgers will too for their own reasons.

Not needing more than one character is something I love about GTAO tbqh.

 

Overall I love that in a single game I can satisfy both the number-crunching grindy nerd aspect of my personality and my goof-around big spender side, switch between the two at will and even combine them to some extent.
