68K Posted January 20, 2003 Share Posted January 20, 2003 Hi. A question to the people that have been getting to Vigilante mode 200+ and tons of cash.. What vehicle did you use? And did you use any cheats? I use the Hunter for my Vigilante missions, but the highest I've got so far is level 23. I'm sure I could get significantly higher, but every so often I take one shotgun blast too many and end up having to bail out of the chopper. I dunno if you could get that high with the tank unless you knew where every police bribe was and collected them frequently. Also, listening to Wildstyle DJ. Mr. Magic mentions that he's coming from 'a hidden location' somewhere in Vice City. Does anyone know if you can find the building where the radio station operates from? If you can't get to level 200+ ust get to 23 lots of times No, you can't find the wildstyle place. I asked myself that question a while ago and went looking. spliffz Posted January 20, 2003 Share Posted January 20, 2003 Hi ya 68K, I have got upto Level 413. Once i got there my money stopped going up so i stopped the vigilante missions. I used the Hunter. I started my missions on the 2nd (West island) around the army base. The cars spawned around the army base and then changed to spawning right outside Sunshine Autos. I was able to sit just above the field next to where the cars where spawning just firing with my chain gun. Only Tips I can give you ... Try only using the Chain gun (It auto locks onto the target when near to it.) Learn where the 2 police bribes are and how to get them in the hunter Try the vigilante missions on West Island. There is a bug in the vigilante missions when you get up to a high level you only need to blow up 2 or 3 cars and you go onto the next level. (EG Level 400 You are meant to blow up 400 people = approx 100 cars (4 criminals per car) to go onto the next level, but it has a bug in it so only 2 or 3 cars blown up means the next level) Good Luck & Sorry for waffling on... VideoPoker Posted January 22, 2003 Share Posted January 22, 2003 I know what you mean Tenacious Dude I always hit the blades on trees and buildings but if you complete a level while your smoking it will stop smoking...If there is black smoke coming from the engine and you complete a level it will sort of heal the engine so there is only white smoke then nothing. It says Lady walker, (from england) is visiting vice city, and shes a big fan of the show. So all you use extra care with your driving and remember lady walker we drive on the other side of the road in this country..... i always thought maybe you could find her and kill her or something.....or maybe in one of the missions like...the driver, someone could run her over... or she could be in a car driving on the left..haha! *wonders* is it just me thatd like that?
